Product Warranty

At Woood© we are so proud of our products that we stand firmly behind them. We want you to be happy that you stopped by and purchased one of our products. For this reason we believe in fair conduct.
When you receive your Woood© product and you are not happy with it for any reason, just send it back to us for a full refund within the first 7 days of receipt. The product must however be in new condition and in original packaging.
On top of this Woood© offers a 6 Month warranty (from the date it ships) on any manufacturing defects guaranteeing the workmanship and the material. We can however not cover for breaks due to misuse in any shape or form. So if your fat friend sits on your new Woood© Sunglasses we can unfortunately not cover it. And please take not that all Woood© products are made from real natural wood and therefore prolonged exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures are seen as misuse on the consumer’s part.
